Context matters ALL THE TIME. Yet so many people are ignoring the specific contexts and instead focussing on labeling, diagnosing, or judging thoughts, feelings and behaviors.

Our experiences and feelings are defined by the external world. That is our environment and the impact should never be dismissed. These contexts include everything in your life (past, present and future) such as relationships, cultural norms, personal history, the street you live on, your bank balance and literally any other part of your daily life.
Understanding how our context impacts our lives is essential if we are to understand ourselves.
